Well we are on our way! Here we go! We started strong with the African American National Anthem! What a treat. The the flag salute off to President Linquist. Welcome! Next we were introduced Rep. Brown who spoke to the delegation. Stating that the state of Washington needs to change our state revenue system, she was "cooly" welcomed (aka - luke warm).
