Noise Making During Voting is disrespectful

I've stayed silent about this for a long time but I can't anymore. When people make noise as they are voting, they only do it during the way they are voting. This sends a message to people that have the opposite view that their vote is wrong. This is disrespectful!

    This is not a personal statement when people make the noise. It adds some levity to an otherwise usually monotonous task. It is sad that some choose to take this as a negative and cannot revel in the spirit in which the noise is made. We need not take ourselves so seriously that we start judging people by the "noise" they might make. I do not agree that there is a sinister motive of disrespect.

    We should go all electronic and get rid of the paper waste. We should have more electrical outlets available for us to do this with our laptops. Let's move into the electronic age now. If people do not have a laptop they can request paper copies. Thanks!

    PDF FILES - I vote for PDF Files! but then get us more port! I kinda feel bad (not really thus my kinda word choice) that I am continually using a port to blog.
