Ending debate

Why is everyone so quick to end debate. This is the forum for debate. If you dont want to hear it, don't come. But please allow people to debate the business items.

    It is great and wonderful to bebate the issues. When the debate gets to the point of saying the same thing over and over, it is time to end the debate and get on with the vote.

    It is also not a debate when the person who comes up is not prepared. Or, is prepared to birdwalk on their pet project!!!
